re-filling from a bottle

I've got a bottle of Noodlers, and I've used about 1/3 of it. Now I'm having a hard time filling my pens b/c I can't get the nib deep enough into the bottle while still being able to twist the converter. Any tips/suggestions/tips?

You could also pop the converter off and fill it with a syringe. An old Skrip bottle with a built in well has solved the problem for me. But when I get that low on more than bottle, I have to decide which ink I want to use more then burn through it like I hate it. :)

+1 to using a blunt needle syringe. A lot of pharmacies will just give you one if you tell them why you want it. Otherwise, Goulet Pen Co sells them (no connection). Rubber bulb syringes are also handy for cleaning.

The best bottle for situations like this is the Mont Blanc bottle which has a forward section that is at an angle so you can get the last bit.

or a waterman bottle

Oh la la, Penman Sapphire ... the only blue that could seriously clog up your pen :001_tongu

The Mocha was nice, but I really had a sweet spot for th Emerald ... it's a pity that it's gone.

the mocha is what I have (my picture) the other one is from the internet to show the plastic insert inside :)

Parker 51s are also great for grabbing the last dregs of ink from a bottle, given how little of their nibs and feeds are exposed.
