RazoRock SS Lupo 127 vs OC Lupo 95

@JohannSebastianBach, mate there are so many threads on the Lupo offerings and I guess since no one has replied, thought I'd pitch in.

The Lupo .95 OC is a terrific razor, Smooth and with mid to slightly high efficiency, Unlike some open combs, it is gentler and can be used for daily shaves. Where it really shines is on two days growth or three. SB or OC .95, Razorock always spell Value for Money.

The 127(1.27 mm) is my pick from the Lupo family. It is very smooth and super efficient. Even with four days of stubble, I get a two pass BBS without touch ups. The best part, it delivers a shave almost identical to the Wolfman WR1. Besides the Wunderbar, If i had one Razorock product to keep for life, it would be the 127.

Hope this helps buddy.

another testament to YMMV in our little hobby. I absolutely hate the Lupo 95 OC. I tried to love it because everyone else seems so but I just can't get it to love me back.

Is it possibly the angle you're using? If you haven't tried yet, shave with it riding the cap and soft pressure and it should shine.

The Lupo series, works best riding the cap or depending on someones skin conditions at a neutral angle. I'd suggest, start with the cap and that should be your train ticket to easy street. If for any unholy reason that doesn't work then play it neutral as the Lupo is very flexible and that should be another viable option. I personally am only a cap riding shaver, so your ymmv, I hope this helped you sir.
