I just got done using my new handle with the Hawk V2 and I do like it better than the handle that came with it.

The Hawk V2 and MR11 is better balanced, in my opinion.
I like the balance and also I feel like I can grip the MR11 better.

I've got 2 Blackhawks one traded for, one purchased, my opinion is, the weight as they are is perfect although the handle length might be something to change I'm gonna look at the thread pitch on the nub and see what is then possibly turn an extension definitely a fantastic razor though!
The RR Hawk V2 is my favorite Artist Club razor. Really nice shaves.
The MR11 works really well on the Hawk V2. Nice match.
Of course everyone has their own preferences but I'm glad you mentioned the MR11 handle at Maggard's. I think it's an improvement over the stock handle. I like the knurling on the MR11. It just feels better in my hand than the other handle. Also the balance is better IMO.

Full agreement. The Maggard MR11 is one of those "just right" handles that works on a bunch of my razors.
