My edge has a couple of small dings in it that don't really affect the shave quality. I have tried stropping on linen and it has little effect. Should I try adding a chromium oxide crayon before having it re-honed?

Seems like it will need to be honed out. Dings dents or chips cant be stropped away. I would like to offer to hone it for you free when you are ready. I am taking a break from buying razors and get my kicks from honing. If not there are plenty of guys here who hone if ya want someone closer to you. Good luck.
