razor identificiation please

sorry I can't help, but for some reason I love razors that each edge is different. Does one side seem like it would be more aggressive?
If Achim doesn't know what it is, why ask us? 
It is possible that it was manufactured by William Prym, Inc of Dayville, Connecticut. I know between 1939 and the early 1950's they produced bobby pins, paper clips, thumb tacks and wire hangers. Perhaps they dabbled in razors briefly, as well. The bakelite material would fit that era.
