Razor identification

It looks like an Aluminum Handle Gillette Tech, but without seeing the cap and base plate I can not be sure.

Cheers Mike and thanks for the super swift post! I think you are right! My DE knowledge isn't as sharp (infact it would have to be described as dull and rusty) as my straight knowledge!
