Razor ID: Is This A New?

Title says it all...It was hard for me to determine if this is a Gillette new or not. To me, it looks like a plain open comb gillette. Thanks for the help in advance!

The razor head appears to be an Old Type but the handle appears to be from a New.

Thanks Len, that's what I was thinking as well. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't nuts.

In order to be sure would need to see it from the side. Is the guard plate curved or flat?

The New Improved also had the two studs, so would need to see the rest of the guard to be certain it's an old type.

The comb teeth of the New Improved are much thicker and much more curved downward.
