That looks like a ( C ) i am kinda lost if there is no GR, VR or ER after the crown. Still researching tho.

Maybe French? Charles X? 1824-1830 reign.

Unsure if the French had a similar stamp to the UK with the regent identified.

Well, it was shipped from France, but there was a Solingen or 2 in the lot. So, no guarantees there!

IC Vincent is a French brand. Like most it was absorbed by the bigger ones. First Roddier, which then itself got absorbed by Thiers Issard.

From karlej at SRP: The Crown over IC was a trade mark of Roddier - Gauthier of Thiers, France 1858 - 1920.
