Razor I.D???

Hi all. I’m new to razors so this may be obvious but, I was lucky enough to come across a bunch of old straight razors. most I’ve been able to identify but this one is a mystery to me. The only markings are made in Germany and a crest with J.E RELIANCE. I’m in New Zealand and cant find any info online. Anyone have an idea what it is? Any help would be much appreciated.

It's not a well known brand, but that is not unusual for blades from that period, especially German ones. The same blade blanks could be used and stamped with a number of different brands, store names, and so on.

Id say it is 1920's. You sometimes see very similar blades with The Hamberg Ring stamp. It will be a good shaver, and wont need much work to clean up.
