Razor Grades on BST

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but definitely a noob question. What are the different ratings for used/vintage razors and how do they rank?

I bought a razor on BST a couple of weeks ago without really knowing what I was doing. But the price was low enough that it wasn't high risk. (I am very pleased with the razor btw!)

There were multiple razors listed with the conditions listed as:

User Grade​

User Grade or Better​

Good Condition​

So what are the different ratings? And in what order? Where these standard? I am used to knife listings, but this is all new to me.
