Razor date database?

Is there a database or something for razors and the years they were made? I was thinking of finding a razor or razors from my birth year. Not sure the quality of razors from 1973 but heck why not search them out.

If you Google “Gillette date codes”, or “Gillette razor codes”, you’ll get several websites with the info you need, including Razor Emporium which has some lists/ tables, and a few others.

Yep the Gillette Super Adjustable. AKA Black Beauty. Do what DSR suggested and check out the websites. Mr Razor is another good source. Check out the big auction site. They usually have some for sale.
