I'm using a Feather Artist Club DX straight razor.

Yeah it’s difficult to say as you’ve put a filter on the photo. Looks a bit thin but good for a straight, probably have to go back to the bowl after pass 1.

Looks to me like you haven't lathered yet, just loaded the brush. One little blob of semi-lather on the side that got whipped up during loading.

What's the soap?

Needs a tiny bit more.
When using a straight or Shavette it needs to be a near runny lather.
Crappy picture to judge anything off of though Different background would help a lot.
