So I have recently begun using the Dovo Shavette and have been using the long blades provided but I wanted to try using the Red/Clear insert that allows for half DE blades. I got it all set up and noticed that the lip at the end of the red/clear insert extends beyond the top of the blade ever so slightly. Is the top of the blade supposed to be flush with the tip or is this intentional?

Here's the best pic I can get. It doesn't quite show it clearly enough, but the plastic does protrude past the edge very slightly.

Thats actually a lot less than the clear insert protrudes. Think I'm just going to bite the bullet and get a Feather SS

True, I'm just a little concerned about disrupting the integrity of the plastic. But replacements are like 3 dollars online so it looks like I'll be filing it down tonight haha
