Question on the material and model of this vintage Gillette tech.

Greetings. I found this vintage Gillette tech on online store but unable to identify the year and model of this tech including its material. Please help. Thanks!

It can be anything; is there no more information on the baseplate? From the looks I would guess European (UK(?) because of the handle) and the Gillette logo suggests mid sixties. If that is so I think the top plate would be nickel plated zamak.
 
There should be a date code on the underside of the baseplate to identify the year/quarter of production.
Not if it is a sixties UK Tech. Some later European Techs had dating codes but from the era this is from chances are that age remains a guess unless you find them NOS/NIB with the original blades and go from the date codes on the blade.
 
That top cap is ZAMAK 100%. That logo has been introduced in 1965 and used until the late 70s on the Techs. bottom plate is either SS or brass. They didn't make ZAMAK bottom plates. It is European. The handle looks to me like the aluminium, not the nickel plated brass.
In the 60s only the German plant used the codes. The UK started in 1970.
