How do they compare to the creams? It seems like people forget about these. I bought some of the creams, and while I think they're great, they don't seem to last long. Do the soaps last longer, and what is the performance like?

I ordered the Vostok cream back in April or May and have used it quite a bit, have even PIF 'ed some out and it still looks like it will easily last a year or more before I even think about reordering. I was given a small sample of Irish Tweed shave soap and it lathers great have used it several times and it does not look like much has been used at all. I have accumulated a nice size collection of shave creams and soaps so I would actually like to finish one in about a 3 month period, but they all just keep going, and going, and going.
I love their soaps just as much as the creams. I have a custom made scent (Lemon Pomegranate) and some Hanami. Their performance is right up there with their creams and I wouldn't trade them for anything. They'll stay in my shave den. As for their longevity? They are a softish soap, but will last months with constant use. With my rotation I can't even speculate how long it'll last.

i have only heard very good things about their soaps and they would usually last longer than the creams.
I like their soaps just a bit more but the creams are good too.
I have a lot of both and find the soaps to be a bit slicker- but I really like both. They are my favorite software.
In my experience, soaps have always seem to outlast creams. As far as the quality of QCS, I have Vostok and Key Lime. Both perform very well and last much longer than my creams. Since January of this year, I've worked both these tubs into my weekly rotation and I haven't even come close to finishing them yet.
I prefer the soap quite a bit over the shaving cream, although both are stellar products. I worked through an entire puck of Green Irish Tweed, and have pucks of Vostok, Old Spice, and Hanami lying in wait.
QCS is great stuff!!
I tried & enjoyed the Tub Creams, when I heard some of my favorites were discontinued, like Provence, I bought 4 of the pucks since the Tubs were OFS. The Soap isn't as strong scent-wise though the lather seems to be a bit slicker, very nice.
