I have placed several orders at QED and just received my last shipment yesterday. Included in the box was a Bay Rum shave stick that I hadn't ordered. Charles at QED usually throws in some sample items, but an entire shave stick is a $9.99 value on his website.
I sent him an e-mail to make sure it wasn't an accident and he confirmed it was meant as a sample. It seems some folks get a bit of irritation from the Bay Rum so he doesn't offer it anymore. It smells absolutely fantastic, I can't wait to try it.
I can't say enough about QED. The products are great, Charles service is impeccable and he has always promptly answered any questions I have and been very helpful.
