Being fundamentally computer challenged I am happy to report that Charles resolved my difficulty with a email and phone call. The best customer service you will find anywhere. I just ordered my 3 favorite tubs of T&H, and a few other items I can't live without, and would suggest everyone take advantage of the customer appreciation prices.
