Thanks to the long weekend, and a camping trip, I went ahead and smoked some ribs in the new weber. This has lead me to a new dilemma... THERE'S NOT ENOUGH ROOM! haha! For all of you that have warned me of the itch to buy more grills/smokers, I have caught it like I caught the straight razor itch. I am going to see someone about a hand-me-down brinkmann smoker. Nothing oversized, but something to start. The kettle is enough to smoke a large turkey, so I should be good with a few racks and possibly a nice brisket. Oh Lord, what have I gotten myself into!?
