Purchasing Advice: First Badger Hair Brush

I am new here (hopefully I am posting in the right place!) and I am looking to purchase my first badger hair brush.

I have been looking at the Parker Pure Badger with Black Deluxe Handle, due to the price and aesthetics, but I have not seen these brushes mentioned very often. Is this a pretty good brush for the price? If not, do you have any recommendations for a similar-looking brush of better quality?

It is a Very nice looking brush however there have been some QC issues with the parker safety razors, I don't know if this extends to brushes but I would be wary if I were you. If you wanted my advice then I would say the Edwin Jagger Best Badger Brush (EJBBB) would be your "best" pun intended bet, it consistently receives high praise for people who know what they are talking about. In addition to this it is very close to your current choice in price ~$35, if I were you all things considered this would be my choice.

P.S It does not unfortunately look much like the Parker. There is however a couple of Shavemacs that do resemble it, they will be more though.

+1 to the Edwin Jagger, it's a really great brush for the price

Here is a similar Shavemac see what I mean about it being more though, OTOH it will be an extremely good brush. If aesthetics were a serious consideration which they are, for me at least I'd be tempted to blow the bank YMMV.
