My ? Is what would go in the Head and Back Slots. It also has a indented area in Front. Just Curious.

I wonder if it is an old "piggy bank" with the slot on the head where you deposit the coins and on the back where you take them out.

The holes don't look right for a piggy bank, but I'm thinking (straight?) razor holder. The long rear opening may just be to provide ventilation or to make it easier to clean out.

The depression in front of the feet could be to park a brush.

The hole in the head only goes down to the neck. It don’t go all the way thru. Two separate areas.
