Proraso soap seems to have more menthol than the cream.

I've gone through a couple tubes of the new Proraso Green and now I'm into a tub of the soap. The soap seems to have more menthol in it. The cream gave me a gentle cooling sensation but the soap is a little more of a face freeze, nice for this unusually hot summer. Has anyone else noticed this?

My experience has been that they are the same. It might be that it appears cooler because of the hot summer? Big fan of Proraso, tub or tube.

I always thought the opposite of the stuff. I have a better cooling experience from the cream than i do the soap. I was never impressed with the soap and didn't like the lather I got.

In that case I will stick with the soap...

I'm still on the old formula - how much mellower is the scent from the new stuff? Is the composition mostly the same?

I like the strength of the menthol, eucalyptus, and camphor of the old one but I'm glad they removed the parabens and such.
