I had the same issue. I’m going to try warming the bag in warm water while in the shower. I’m hoping when I get out, the cream will be a little softer.

May I ask how you got the samples? The bags I'm seeing are more of a commitment than I'm willing to make until I whiff the scents in person.
So PLEASE describe the Wood and Spice? And maybe the Azur Lime? I'm a sucker for staying power.
And while you are at it, how about Cypress and Vetiver? THAT one might open my wallet!
