I have had some blue ( new formula) for about a year it faded out, the lather just wussed out it does not last for crap ,i am talking 2 minutes, it does not stay in the brush

Hmmm, not at all. I am sorry I can't help. What about it you double the amount of cream you typically use? Does a thick lather (super thick due to using 2x more soap than normal) still thin and die out? If using twice the soap saves you from throwing the whole thing away...it's worth it.

i had to use a normal size twice, 1 full face lather= a toothpaste size glob, i needed a glob every face lather, that was not right the sandalwood one and , tabac and CO Bigelow lasts till done , it was weird
possibly a bad batch? my blue proraso is a like a lather bomb. an almond size squirt is enough for at least 3 passes.
Mine is still going strong but I'm not sure how long creams are meant to last. My Bluebeard's went funny once but a night in the fridge sorted it out. I could have exchanged but that meant sending it to head office, getting one sent back etc and wasn't worth it for the last few uses. Maybe contact Proraso direct?

thats what i am talking about my others go thicker the more i lather, this just fades out
