Proraso Aloe and Green Tea Discontinued?

Hi

I have noticed the new Grey Proraso line out (Oat and Green tea) and this seems to have replaced the white Aloe and Green Tea. It has on the Proraso Italian site and the Proraso Australia site.

Can someone tell me if the Aloe and Green tea is being phased out for the Oat and Green tea?

It is. Proraso reformulated all (I think) their products in 2012, to remove parabens, SLS, and other things that looked bad on the ingredient list. The white line was changed from Green tea and Aloe to Green tea and Oatmeal.

I went from a old white tub to a new white tub, and couldn't really tell a huge difference, neither scent-wise nor performance-wise. It's as good as it has always been, if not better.

But is the white being phased out for the grey? Check the Proraso sites.... it's gone!

WCS lists the aloe as discontinued by manufacturer, replaced with the oat formula:

There is no Proraso gray, unless you are referring to the label, the tub is still white.



Nearly all Proraso products were reformulated and repackaged last year.
The original Aloe and Green Tea white tub was replaced by Green Tea and Oat.
Any old formula Green Tea and Aloe still available is older stock.

No. Proraso Blue cream and balm along with Proraso Red sandalwood scented cream and soap are the most recent additions to the lineup.

All lines went through the reformulation, the original white changed from aloe to oat. Red, Blue are new additions to the line. And are very good. Since I like soap I would say try the Red (Sandalwood) it's great.

And blue only comes in cream, not soap.
