I placed an order around the same time. Virus issues caused the delays. I got the order about 25 days. I did not contact them but they did follow-up after the order arrived.
Well in conclusion, the very sweet lady at TESC did give me a refund saying that it probably got lost and won't arrive. Of course I asked her, what do I do if by any miracle the package arrives, because it's not fair to get a refund AND the item you ordered for free..... I don't do such things. She told me that if such a thing happens, then I can contact them and we'll make the transaction through PayPal.
If it indeed happens like that, I will update this topic. But for now A+ for them, being nice enough to give a refund without even hesitating! That's good customer support! And I will order from them again when all of this chaos passes!
