Problems loading?

I recently received a new to me Thater 4125/3 and seem to be having trouble loading it. The first pass is great, but the second is thin and on some soaps I have to go back to the puck. Am I not loading enough product? Or should I be putting more pressure on the brush while swirling?

I am shaking most of the water out as this brush sucks up water like a camel. This is also my first higher end brush.

99% of the time, the issue is not enough product.

This ^ The Thäter is a large brush and therefore requires quite a bit of product to perform at it's best. Try loading for twice as long and see if you can't get that great lather to last for 3 passes.
