Hmmm, any of you boys from the country? It looks more like a hog scraper than a "safety" razor. Of course it is adjustable. One blade is mounted with round-headed screws in slots so you could vary the gap. Heck you could even make it a slant if you wanted your hams to be BBS before they went into the smokehouse.
