Seriously, I have had 3, and all 3 were lemons. Dovo makes some very good razors. The "Best" line are not. If you want a Dovo, get a Bismarck or else a model with the Bismarck style profile. Hones, strops, and shaves beautifully, fits the hand nicely.
Life2short is a cheap and popular source for shave ready Gold Dollars. Great value. Great beginner razor. A Whipped Dog would be IMHO slightly better. One of each, still more better.
