I did a prawn cerviche (prawns + salt + lime juice = cooked prawns from the acidity of the lime) with a tomatillo salsa (my local grocery store is stocking tomatillos...
A few homemade tortillas and guacamole and voilà!
Since nothing was hot, it's the perfect summer dish! If you can, make it, I guarantee you won't be disappointed! If you don't like prawns, try a bit of fish like talapia!
