Today my order of new Prairie Creations with lanolin arrived.
I am very curious to see how this combination of tallow and lanolin works out!

The base of the soap according to the site:
Liquids: Aloe Vera
Tallow, Lanolin, Castor Oil and Safflower Oil
Other Ingredients: Kaolin Clay, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Sugar, Sodium Lactate and Raw Silk Fibers
In the envelope:
Tranquillity
This scent begins with top notes of violet, cyclamen and hyacinth. Middle notes of juicy cantaloupe and watermelon, jasmine, rose and lily of the valley. Bottom notes of cedar, amber and musk.
At first smell, I like it. It has the flowers but also the woody tones.
Alpine Snowdrift
The ultimate, wintery-fresh fragrance; reminiscent of fun on the ski slopes. This fragrance is a perfect blend of wet snow, a frozen air accord, menthol, woodland moss, spearmint leaves, winter anise, an ozonic accord, frosted vanilla and galbanum.
There is definitely menthol in there, so i am looking forward to trying this next to Proraso and see how it works out. Not getting much of the vanilla, but that might change with use.
Lemongrass and Sage
A fresh clean perfectly balanced mixture of lemongrass and sage. Top notes of ozone, zesty lemon, grape, muguet and lemongrass. Middle notes of jasmine, rose and sage. Powder and musk at the base completes the fragrance.
This is an intriguing scent, not like anything else in the collection in my den. At first sniff, it takes me while to get used to but I must admit it is a well balanced scent.
Rose
Just like a garden full of fresh and blooming roses.
This smells as good as Mama Bear's. I like that plain, deep rose scent.
I also got a couple of samples as an extra.
Dragon's Blood
This is a nice, warm scent. I like it.
Cool Citrus Basil
Another soap with fruit and herbs. The fruit is great (I also love Winter Grapefruit). I cannot imagine how the basil works out in the shower in the daily ritual, but we'll see.
Old Spice
This definitely brings back memories from the old days when I was young!
