Pour Over Coffee.

I use a Bodum pour over, it's an 8 cup I believe. It has a permanent filter, which I'm not a huge fan of, but utilize it as a way to hold my paper cone filter. You have to adjust the grind a bit because it's essentially going through two filters, but it makes a pretty good cup of coffee and has been my go-to for several years.

i do it quite often and always on weekends...
Don't buy the fancy stuff, cheap ones work just as well. I have a few but the one i use the most is this plastic one with a Nissan carafe.

Got this over the weekend with a glass V60 copy. Been using it this week to make my morning brew. Re-learning what grind / dose works best. Optimized as of yesterday morning.
