What you need is a pseudo-contest with somebody to get your numbers up... See this thread... at around #65 John (Jonnybc, that is) and I became dedicated to figuring out how the ranking system (including custom titles) worked and posted like madmen for a while...

I'm at 7.26/day, but I have slowed down a lot lately. If PMs were counted, the number would be sky-high.

Scotto, it will only take me 2859 days to catch up at those rates!
I'm only at 1.96 posts per day.
I'm at 3 point something per day... that's probably all I can muster... just don't have too much to say!

John, I think that my "custom title" says a lot about how that worked for me...
I just went over 2 ppd. That seems like a reasonable pace for me.
