Posting while lathered up

Ha! I thought I wasn't!

Just finished the shave...Superb!

Every once in awhile while I'm letting the lather sit I'll walk across the hall and check the forum. If I get involved in a thread the usual two minutes I let the lather sit can get stretched out. When I go to shave and re-apply fresh lather over the stuff that got dry, it can be like a mini blizzard with dry lather flying around.

Oddly enough, the shaves after the extended sit time are usually great.

As a newbie, the routine is not programmed well enough in my mind to be able to multitask like this yet...

No, Top, I haven't tried it yet . . . if I had been asked to guess who on this forum has done it . . . you'd probably be at the top of the list!

I'm honored....I think.

There's something about composing prose while you've got a face full of Tabac that makes me suspect that Hunter S. Thompson wrote that way.

There is video footage somewhere of the good Doctor shaving with an electric in the backseat of a car en route to a lecture, or something like that, while on tour. He leans over and quickly shaves the arm of the person beside him. Hah! Best American Writer of the latter half of the 20th-century . . .

Stomp the Terra, wherever you are Doc.

I'm pretty sure this guy would have posted here while letting the lather sit if the internet was around back then...

That's great. Although, somewhat disturbing.

I hereby resolve, that next week, I'll only post while lathered up.
