Cant believe you actually use that trash razor!
Over rated like the CVHs but still nice. I have a Fili 14 - won't sell it (but then, I won't sell some of my GDs ;-} ) Nice shavers.
14s just not a good value, just like the CVHs... I think its time people realized that and just let the market bottom out.

it's such a shame that you cannot ship ivory to the old World. I'd really like such a set of scales on one of my razors.
I stand ready to independently certify any claims made in this thread as to the shave-worthiness of these razors.

The best straight that I ever owned as far as shaving is concerned was a Abraham Herder 8/8 no 14. Unbelievable good shaver now in the possession of a German collector.
If you are ever in the states send me the razor ahead of time, I will ship it to where you are staying

beautiful, i don't think i have yet to come across a "14" 7/8+ that was a let down to me..
I've never used one, but I'd like to.
Some day I'm gonna rescale it and use it...I feel so guilty...
