It's from Peter Wolf (Wolf Whiskers) with a Bob style handle in Popcorn resin. The knot is a TGN 2-Band Finest F2, 24mm x 49mm loft. I'm calling this brush my "Bobcorn".

Thank you, and it is one of my Kabuki's that I stuck into a Cosmic Blue (blue/pearl blank) eagle shaped handle. BobFarvour made the handle, and it turned out excellent. Its similar to a Rooney 3 band, very dense, very soft, and a bit too floppy. Though if you cut the loft short it becomes exceptable.
