Great shots! I really like the colors on the first one. A year ago I don't think I would have been able to understand or fully appreciate the composition of it though, but now I see lots of repetition, leading lines, ruling of thirds, and even a little bit of negative space. Also the puppy dog really pits it over the top! The more I look at other's images the more I learn, thanks for posting.

Alternate shot for the repetition challenge. Probably better fits the challenge (at least more geometric),but I feel the shot I entered still fit the challenge and was a better overall image.
