Just got back from a fishing trip to Lac Seul Canada. Almost all the fish we caught were too large and had to be released. Very large Walleye and smallmouth bass. The Northern fishing was incredible.

Very nice catches! That is not too far from our go-to ON campings spots in Blue Lake ON (10min north of Vermillion Bay) and Rushing River On. Vermillion Bay is our local market and treat stop when camping as it's just a short drive on a rainy day. We have also stayed near Wabigoon Lake, tenting. These are all 4-6hrs from our home in Winnipeg. ON camping and lakes are much nicer than MB, so we always venture out that way.

Looks like a great time fishing. Not too shabby when your catches are too large to keep.

Beautiful country. The camp owner had a dog, Sage, who was a retriever. She loved jumping in the lake and bringing back pieces of wood thrown to her.
