Nice flounder. When I lived in St. Pete FL we would hit the flats and catch some - but few were as large as your catch.

It's been a banner year for flounder for me and my brother and son in law. We usually kayak fish, but take a boat out occasionally. I've never had good luck with flounder, but this year they're either very numerous or as I like to think, I'm finally figuring them out.

Those are huge.

When I lived in Delray and then in the St. Pete area we never saw spotted trout like that. We did get some big seabass and drum, however.

A very nice speck and a beautiful red.

Yeah. One of the trout was definately in my top 5 biggest I've caught. I think the red was the biggest. The Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce area are known for record trout.
