Possible info on a straight

I ran into a craigslist ad for a straight razor with the following description:

For Auction is a Vintage but BRAND NEW/NEVER USED Solingen Straight Razor. The straight razor has never been used and comes with the original marroon and gold case and original paper wrapping. The Case is labeled PIC No 14173 Made in Germany.
On the Blade in Gold and Silver it states "QUALITAT SOLINGEN" with 2 Red and Silver Pictures in the Middle. One of the pictures is of 2 swords and the other of a man with a tool working. The tang sais "MADE IN PIC GERMANY" on 1 side and "Solingen" on the other.

Is this enough info for someone to identify this razor and, if so, is it a good razor and what would it be worth?

Just looked at the ad, no clue.
And from the poor quality picture, I wouldn't pay $60 for it.

The pictures suck. It's supposed to be NOS but you cant tell with those pics.

I got an email from the seller saying it's mint and the pics are just bad. I was invited to come see it for myself. I can see the condition in person, but wanted to know if the brand was worth it.

Its probably a generic Solingen made straight so it should be good quality.

Is there any kind of resource where I would be able to fins info on this razor? I would like to get some info on it if possible.
