Possible birth razor, and how is a dealer

I ordered a razor off of them about 4 months ago. I got tired of getting outbid on the bay. He is a little higher IMO cost wise then on the B/S/T or possibly the 'bay (but then again I kept getting outbid!). But I had no troubles whatsoever with the transaction.

I put it in my cart, and my browser went all screwy and crashed. Now when I click on the razor, it just comes up that there isn't any available. 
I don't know if there was one before Firefox crashed, but they have other ones listed, and "Sold" is under them. So, I don't know if it's stuck in their system kind of in limbo, or if they simply don't have it. I really hope I can get it, since it looks like it's the birth year and month for me.

Ordered a Gillette new once with no issues.

I had a similar problem with another vendor (that I will not name.) My order got charged twice. I emailed them to notify them that there was an error, and they should cancel one of the orders. They wound up cancelling them both, and I never got the razor I wanted. Just as well, I snagged a used one from BST for $13 less.
Anyway, whenever I order from this particular vendor, I place my order over the phone. He has great prices, terrific service, but his shopping cart online is a little shaky.
