Well you've certainly dug up old bones. It's not a versus, it's an either or, or a combination of both. I like a little pork ribs with my brisket. I like a good beef bacon wrapped fatty...you get my drift?

You have to wrap bacon around them to give them any flavor. I would rather have one rib eye than 10 tasteless filetseven, EVEN a Kiwi, I thought we were friends...........
Well if it's good enough for a filet mignon to be wrapped in bacon............then all bets are off.
