Pork Chop Technique, What's Yours?

I haven’t tried any worcestershire in any of my sous vide bags, but I love the flavor of it, so this is certainly going to get tried at my house.
Sometimes I add a bit of liquid smoke, too. I always have to remember to be sparing, though, as the stuff can quickly overpower everything else.
