That looks like Polo Crest from 1991. Discontinued. Good juice.
Yep, that's Crest AS balm and was discontinued a few years ago. Great stuff. I still have a bottle of the EdT. I try to break it out for a wear once a year.
IIRC Crest was my second ever frag purchase about 23 years ago. First was the original polo green. I wore both all through junior high and high school.

I remember Polo Crest, loved that scent. Pity it's long gone, does anyone make something close to it in terms of scent?
The newer Polo Modern Reserve is pretty similar to Crest, but not as good. Probably the closest thing to Crest that exists though. Shares the jasmine note.
wow, this brings back some memories! I used to wear this because everybody else was wearing the Polo in the green bottle, just had to be different, plus I liked this one more. And, I still have a brand new bottle in the box plus, one about three quarters full, but mine is the splash instead of the balm. Good stuff none the less
