We were at a Christmas party last night with some good friends, and a few of their friends, and we had a "white elephant" gift exchange. One of those where, for fun, a gift can be "stolen" up to two times. Most of the gifts were gag gifts, so I was shocked when someone opened a new 4.0 oz bottle of Polo Green! And nearly everyone laughed at the "old school" cologne. Except me, so of course, when my time came, I had to "steal" the Polo! I really think the person I "stole" it from was happy to pick another gift from the pile. So I felt pretty good about giving him another chance to get something he would enjoy. Unfortunately, someone else stole the Polo, and I ended up with a book about Bill Clinton. Talk about a "gag" gift! I was feeling rather Grinch-like, but decided that at least I'm glad the Polo is going to someone who wanted it and will enjoy it! Merry Christmas!
