My den is hardly legendary, but pick and choose from a variety of blades, 6 brushes, 7 or 8 razors and roughly a dozen soaps and creams, without any kind of set rotation. The combinations and permutations are infinite.
I want a "raffle box" option because that's how I do it, usually. I just reach into the storage vault of the shave den and grab stuff until I have all of the elements that I need to shave with.
I've quite a few mint razors; President, Gold British #66, D4 Fatboy,Red Tip, etc... but my favorite everyday shaver has been the Merkur HD, IP blade while using a selection of Mama Bear soaps applied with a Saville Row 3318 finest silvertip brush. It's a great shaver and keeps my mint razors in mint condition.

Nothing fancy, I stick with my Merkur Classic and Personna ASR blades and Vulfix pure badger brush. I randomly pick out a soap or cream and a few different AS's and smell-well. I'll use my old Superspeeds for Birthday, Anniversary or other "commemorative" shaves.
I always use the same razor and blade. However, rotating shaving brushes and shaving soaps is one of my greatest joys in this hobby.

Same razor (Gillette Slim), blades (Red-Pack Personnas) and brush (Tweezerman).

I use the same blades (Red IPs) & pre-shave (Proraso Pre / Post) with each session. Everything else varies.
Same razor (Merkur Futur), same blades (Feather, but recently was Gillette Yellow 7s--but I find I like the Feathers much more), same brush (Merkur Silvertip), but I rotate soaps/creams and aftershave.
Part of me wants to get a golden Merkur Slant though, to liven things up! The other side says I'm happy with my Futur and would rather allow my soap, aftershave, and cologne ADs to flourish instead.

Razor is a Merkur 23c, Derby blades, Omega boar brush these items remain the same. Soaps and creams are the variable. I will also rotate between 3 or so aftershaves.
