Polished Captain’s Shaving Bowl

Was not exactly sure where to put this, just finished doing a complete polishing of my
Captain’s Choice Large Copper Bowl using Flitz, did not take more than 30 minutes

If you have any questions please just ask.

Yes, lint free cloth and Flitz
Thanks. I wonder why they coat them with the waxy sort of product they do? Scott answered a question from me awhile back saying they had used something else as a coating but it didn't hold up. I sort of wondered why not keep them raw copper and let tarnishing begin. One could always polish it when it tarnished.

What did you use to remove the coating? I had one of these but the lacquer started breaking down in the base of the bowl. Probably should have stripped and polished the bowl.
