please tell me its a rocket

i went to a flea market this morning and picked up this Razor in a bakerlite case,so gets talking to the fella who said he would take 5 quid for the razor and 5 quid for the case mmm says i, not sure i want the case can i just have the razor? the fella then says oh take em both for 7 quid,trying to act all casual i struggle to get the £7 out of me pocket and give it to him without shouting out "i think thats a rocket hd!!!"
so it weighs 71grams and has Brit. Pat. 694093,so am i right in believing it to be a rocket? also i know the case is mismatched any ideas to what razor would belong in it

yup, a Rocket HD - the case belongs to a British New, I believe... a #77 set? (other razors were shipped in similar cases - Techs, for instance)
