Please Look at this Gillette Super Adjustable - Problem?

Just received this SA Razor from Ebay - it appears the safety bar is bent and uneven (slightly). Should I return this to the seller?

I fix mine like this....

Here is one more with the Razor set at "9" where I think it is slightly more noticeable. I paid about $43 total for this razor BTW.
