It's easier to just order online, google 4 noggins.

In terms of Knoxville, there used to be Knox Cigars, but they closed down last year.

Do you know that their B&M closed? I was under the impression that they just closed their web presence, but I could be wrong I have no direct knowledge one way or the other.

These guys might be worth a try. Their web page looks a little light but they've gone through the trouble to sponsor a pipe club so maybe promising at the B&M.

Don't know how often you make it to Mobile, but there is a Tinder Box in Bel Air Mall. They don't have much in the way of tinned tobacco, but they do have bulk TB blends and a good supply of accessories.

if you don't find a B&M to your liking, I suggest checking out some online. 4 noggins has been mentioned, smokingpipes.com, mars cigars, pipesancigars.com, are a few to check out.

The Knox cigar store is closed, but when I last was there I seem to recall that another cigar store was about to open next door. Might even be the same owners, I don't know.

You are not far from one of the best pipe shops in the SE. The Briary in Homewood has a great selection of everything. The last time I was in there, they gave me a generous sample of Stonehaven with my purchase. Truly a pipe shop and not a cigar store with pipes.

Way to step up and help your fellows.:thumbup1:

yea i know the briary and i kneel at its hallowed front steps (just around the corner from the outhouse) and love it but alwas looking for more places. i prefer b&m i like to touch and smell and the like

If you find a B&M in the SE that has anywhere near the selection of The Briary please let me know. I haven't found anything in Atlanta that even comes close.

There are plenty of great online resources but I like the hands-on experience as well.

Edwards on Roswell Rd has a decent selection of Wiley and Ardor pipes and the a hand full of other factory made pipes. Craig is the owner and a fellow pipe smoker as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy!

If you are familiar with the online pipe community on Youtube, PipeLawyer frequently posts from Tobacco World which, I believe, is in Atlanta or at least the Greater Atlantaland Area, so you may want to check that out.

But usually live from the manctuary.

I live in Alabama myself, and actually work at a tobacco shop, though we mainly sell cigarettes, though I try to get my boss to diversify lol.

As far as shops, the humidor pipe shop in Huntsville was nice last time I went in, but there selection isn't very large. The was a new place that opened a stones throw from samford last time I was in birmingham, can't remember the name though. Also, in Florence there is a new place that has a decent pipe collection, but they mainly sell cigars. The store I work at, has quite a few estate pipes we are selling for a customer. I have bought 2 petersons from him myself.

It's hard for a lot of little stores to carry much in the way of pipes as they are expensive even wholesale. Most will work with you to get what you want.
