Pipe Of The Day (POTD)

Finally had a free moment this morning after running a few errands.
Pelican in a Dagner Cob. Really such a great "on the go" pipe.

I have a feeling I may be picking up a pipe from Basil at the TAPS show in April. I have a sneaking suspicion it will be very early in the day. I have a premonition that it will be one of his Bing models.

The man does turn a sweet pipe.

I normally do sorta a combination of both. What has been working for me is to fold/stuff to about 3/4 full then fill the rest of the way will well rubbed out bits. It seems to work best for me. Lights easy, stays lit pretty well, and burns long. Its kinda trial and error till you find what you like
